Jump for Chai 2023
This is a terribly challenging time for our community. We're all devastated, and our hearts and minds are with Israel day and night. We have decided to direct a portion of the proceeds from our upcoming Jump for Chai event to Chaiyanu, Chai Lifeline's branch in Israel.
Chaiyanu has been involved in relocating families within Israel and supporting them during this crisis as they continue to face their medical challenges.
Chai Lifeline Canada has hundreds of families that depend on our support here at home.
With two new families each week, we continue to expand and deliver services
to families affected by illness.
HebrewCrew students, Bar and Bat Mitzvah groups and Live2Give teen volunteers will make a difference for families struggling here and in Israel.
Jump for Chai is a unique kids helping kids initiative culminating in our signature event on Sunday, December 3! The event will have loads of cool entertainment and activities including hands-on ways that kids will experience giving and community. In addition to jumping and an amazing basketball challenge, there will be activities including putting together crafting kits and making cards for children affected by illness as well as those in Israel affected by the war.
Every participant will get to choose how the money they raised will be spent in our Gifting Room. Check out last year's gifting catalogue for ideas!
