WELCOME TO THE INAUGURAL TRIPLE IMPACT FROZEN CLASSIC
 
We are excited to have you join us for a fun weekend of hockey. All of the proceeds of the tournament will benefit three charities: Bnei Akiva Schools, Chai Lifeline Canada and Yad Dovid. All men, ages 14+ are welcome to participate.

WHEN: Our tournament will take place on Saturday night, January 11 and Sunday, January 12th.

WHERE: All games will take place at Canlan Sports at York University (989 Murray Ross Pkwy, North York, ON M3J 3M4.) 
 
WHO: Captains are encouraged to create their own team and recruit players. We will have some incredible perks for those that choose to captain a team. Players can also sign up as an individual and we will place you on a team at a later point if you don't find one. All Captains are required to reserve two player spots for solo players. Those players will be chosen at the discretion of the commissioner. 

TEAMS: Each team must have a minimum of 12 players and 1 goalie, up to a maximum of 18 players and 1 goalie. 
 
FUNDRAISING: To participate in the tournament, each player must raise a minimum of $1,000, and each team must collectively raise a minimum of $15,000.

 
REGISTRATION FEE: There is a $100 non-tax-deductible and non-refundable registration fee. This amount will count towards the $1,000 minimum fundraising requirement!

SWAG: Each player will receive their own branded jersey and socks to play in, along with other exciting swag items. There will also be incredible fundraising tiers and perks for both individuals and teams, so the more you raise, the more you earn!

ICE TIME: Everyone is guaranteed to play at least 3 games in this tournament, which will include round robin and single playoff elimination games. Each game will consist of 3 ten minute periods with stoppages.
 
DIVISIONS: Our tournament will feature multiple divisions to ensure fairness and parity of play. Captains will work with the Commissioner to assess the level of their team and their appropriate division. We will endeavor to have between 4 to 6 teams per division. 

RULES: Standard non-contact rules will apply, and all players must wear full equipment. Two referees and an official timekeeper will be assigned to every game, and their decisions will be final. Penalties will be enforced and any fighting will result in an automatic game ejection and possible tournament ejection.

GUESTS: We encourage all family members and friends to join as spectators to cheer on their favourite players. There will be a lively atmosphere for fans to enjoy and participate, along with food and prizes.
